The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Any information generated by the AI is for general informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for verifying all outputs before relying on them.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that you are solely responsible for:

  • All calls, data, content, scripts, and instructions provided to the AI
  • Ensuring compliance with local, national, and international laws, including call recording, consent, privacy, and telecommunications laws
  • Obtaining all necessary permissions from callers
  • How the AI represents your business

You acknowledge that AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete.

5. Compliance With Laws

You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:

  • Call recording / transcription and consent laws
  • Data protection and privacy regulations
  • Consumer protection laws
  • Industry-specific regulations

We are not responsible for your failure to comply with any legal obligations.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are described on our website or billing and plans page. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing or suspend the Service for non-payment.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We do not assume responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or quality of user-provided content.

10. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE PREVIOUS THREE (3) MONTHS.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
